After spending over a decade immersed in European culture learning the art of spirits, our founder returned to the United States, and created Abiqua Spirit Distillery to share in the cultural experience of fine liquors. That story is being lived to this day as we continue to pursue our passion for creating the perfect aperitif or digestif quality beverages.  We appreciate the history behind every iconic style of beverage and desire to create distinct smooth tastes to be savored any fashion desirable.  With careful attention to old world distilling processes we can be proud of the simple and obvious quality of every bottle we craft.

We hope you enjoy uncompromising quality of beverages crafted at Abiqua Spirt Distillery.  We are committed to using simply the best of ingredients, blended with Cascade snowmelt from our on-site artesian well, just off the Abiqua River in Silverton, Oregon. We are just a short trek upstream from the historic and notably prohibition era, Gallon House Bridge.
